Message from Merav Gilad, Director: International Student Services and Affairs

Starting a new academic year is an exciting time for everyone, whether students, lecturers, or staff members – and even parents.

As students, this is the chance to grab hold of your dreams and mold them into a reality that will enable you to reach your goals. It is also one of the most valuable and entertaining experiences of your lifetime. Yes, your studies are important and the reason you attend university, but it is also the opportunity to have fun, try new things, and make friends for life.

Lecturers are charged with an enormous responsibility. They are here to lead you through this new journey and help you achieve these goals. Bar-Ilan University has an excellent, internationally-recognized team of academics to guide students every step of the way, and they look forward to the possibilities of a new year with new students.

Bar-Ilan’s International School staff members are the link between our students and faculty, and we are here to make sure that all students receive the support and service needed while in our care, something we are sure all parents appreciate.

Whether you’re a returning student, a new student, or someone who is still considering becoming a student at Bar-Ilan University, we are here to provide you with any information or assistance you require, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Current students (new and returning) can get in touch with Devorah Haber, the Coordinator of Student Affairs & Well-being, while potential students can contact the International School representatives or visit our website.

Although applications have closed for all programs starting this month, if you would like to apply for any of our graduate programs starting in March 2021 or degrees starting in October 2021, please connect with us and we will help you in any way we can.

On behalf of Bar-Ilan University’s International School, I’d like to wish you all the very best in your upcoming studies. May the road ahead be paved with success.

We look forward to welcoming you at Bar-Ilan University.

Kind regards

Merav Gilad
