How to Apply?
PhD Students – Foreign Passport holders only
Step 0: Find an advisor that is willing to supervise you throughout your research. That is a prerequisite.
Step 1: Get in the Application Form
Step 2: Create a new user account (or log in with your Existing User details)
Step 3: Upload the required documents:
- A copy of your bachelor’s degree official diploma
- A copy of your bachelor’s degree official transcript (Including a grading scale)
- A copy of your master’s degree official diploma
- A copy of your master’s degree official transcript (including thesis grade and a grading scale)
- Letter of Intent/Statement of Purpose (Drafting a Letter of Intent)
- A photocopy of your passport
- Curriculum Vitae
* If the required documents are not in English, you must present the original documents, along with an English translation with a notarized certificate of the accuracy of the translation.
Feel free to add any other documents you find relevant.
Step 4: After uploading and filling out the needed fields, you would have to pay 513 ILS of a non-refundable registration fee. An application confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Step 5: Your application will be reviewed and examined in accordance with the specific requirements. If nothing is missing, the department will deliberate, and a letter of acceptance or rejection will be sent to your email address.
Step 6: Hurray, you’ve been accepted to the track you applied for! Now you should pay the down payment. The requirements will be sent to you along with the acceptance letter. The letter will also include a link to our Essential Information page, where you can find all the information you need.
Step7: Sign up for courses: around mid-August, you would have a time slot in which you would need to sign up for next year’s courses. The academic year will begin on October 27, 2024.
