College is an important investment, and we strive to make Bar-Ilan University’s international programs affordable for everyone. The information below outlines the average cost of tuition before financial aid and scholarships. The actual cost will vary.

All figures are for the 2020/21 academic year, and for incoming students only.

Please note: Tuition for 2021/2022 will be included once available.


Annual tuition for international Bachelor’s degree students who are not Israeli citizens is approx. NIS 14,000 plus additional fees, and for Master’s students (excluding the IMBA program) is NIS 17,500 plus additional fees. The IMBA program fees for the 2020-2021 academic year are approximately NIS 30,000. International students will need to pay an extra NIS 7,500.

Fees and tuition are updated periodically.

Tuition Slip

Students can pay tuition or the admissions fee at any bank in Israel, using a tuition slip. These tuition slips can be picked up from Bar-Ilan University’s Tuition Department. (Bldg. 404/10)

Credit Card

Students can call the International B.A. Program office during office hours and pay tuition payments over the phone. Once the card has been processed, students will receive a receipt via email. Please allow up to 10 days for card to be processed.

Check Or Money Order

Checks should be made payable to “Bar-Ilan University” and mailed to our office:

Students should make sure to include their name and Student ID number along with each check. Please allow up to 10 days for check to clear.
