Noam Kamin

M.A. In Creative Writing

“This is my fifth year studying at Bar Ilan. I loved my experience during my BA, where I met friends for life and professors who became role models and mentors for me. After graduating in Educational Counselling, I felt I had much more to learn here and got accepted to the Shaindy Rudoff Graduate Program in Creative Writing. One reason I enjoy studying here is that the university is culturally diverse. In class, we have students from Germany, South Africa, and India. As an American, I wanted a place where I could meet more American and Bar Ilan has many student and program for Americans.”

The Department of Land of Israel Studies and Archaeology is the only one of its kind. I would highly recommend Bar-Ilan to anyone who is considering studying in Israel.”

“I quickly found amazing friends from all over the world, and Bar Ilan became my second home. I was very happy I chose to study English Literature as the lecturers were outstanding, and I felt myself growing and learning every day. It was just the right amount of challenge and fun. In addition, I was able to take fascinating courses in philosophy, art, politics and religion in other departments. During the last semester of my BA I was offered to work as a research assistant, and I didn’t even have to think twice. “I am truly grateful for the Bar-Ilan International School and my Professor for the organization of international partnerships, and especially for the chance to be part of an Erasmus Program for PhD students at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. The International School of Bar-Ilan University was very encouraging and supporting before, during and after my participation on Erasmus+ and I’m grateful for this. I chose to go to Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, to enjoy some quiet time, to meet new people and to enrich my research skills and experience as a Ph.D. student.
During the Erasmus+ time I had the privilege to meet new people within and without the University. Staying in Europe helped me travel and discover new lovely places and to enjoy new experiences.
