College is an important investment, and we strive to make Bar-Ilan University’s International B.A. Programs affordable to everyone. The information below outlines the average cost of tuition before financial aid and scholarships. Actual cost will vary.

All fees are subject to CPI inflation. Tuition is approximate, and based on an average course-load per year of 21.3 academic credits per year. Tuition includes the cost of studies, e-learning usage, and student union membership. The tuition fee does not include the application fee (457 ₪), the cost of books and course packets, housing, or living expenses. Payment Methods

Tuition Slip

Students can pay tuition or the admissions fee at any bank in Israel, using a tuition slip. These tuition slips are automatically sent to your address when tuition is due, and can also be picked up at the Tuition Department in Bar-Ilan University (Bldg. 404/10).

Credit Card

Students can call the International B.A. Program office during office hours and pay tuition payments over the phone. Once the card has been processed, students will receive a receipt via email. Please allow up to ten days for card to be processed.

Checks should be made payable to “Bar-Ilan University” and mailed to our office:
