My name is Chloe Schwartz. I am originally from the U.S. and am currently living in Tel Aviv, Israel. I studied Political Science and Communication at BIU and graduated with honors in 2022. I now work in cybersecurity as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, applying strategic insights gained from my studies in Political Science.
My education allowed me to explore politics from diverse global perspectives. I also had the opportunity to work at BIU’s Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA) and even traveled to Slovakia to discuss Hybrid Warfare. Additionally, during my time at BIU, I gained valuable experience working in the International School’s marketing department, which enhanced my professional skills and provided me with memorable experiences.
A significant part of my positive experience was due to incredible teachers like Dr. Avi Bar, who always addressed our questions and sparked intellectual debates. Prof. Jonathan Rhynold, the head of the Political Science Department, was also an exceptional professor who went above and beyond to ensure each student’s success.
The International School staff are always willing to help, especially Zvi, who was a fantastic academic coordinator. The International School environment at BIU is truly special, bringing together students from around the world to form a close-knit community. From Shabbat dinners to lively campus parties, there was always something to do. I absolutely love BIU!
