Prof. Moshe Lewenstein, then Deputy President of Bar-Ilan University, shared his optimism about this collaboration, stating, “Our meeting with Bolashak was promising. They are eager to work with us and help guide prospective students to consider Bar-Ilan University as a top choice for their studies, especially those funded by Bolashak.”
Reinforcing Academic Ties
The delegation also visited Nazarbayev University and the Eurasian National University in Astana, strengthening BIU’s commitment to international cooperation in engineering and digital sciences. “These agreements,” Lewenstein elaborated, “are more than just formalities. They pave the way for meaningful research collaborations and student exchanges that don’t rely on EU frameworks like Erasmus, thus fostering direct and impactful academic relationships.”
