Bar-Ilan University’s international students from India arranged a celebration of Diwali on campus recently. Everyone lit a candle to commemorate the festival and enjoyed traditional, homemade Indian food with a few options made by other students from other countries. After dinner, everyone participated in a fun evening of games, which was enjoyed by all.
This is just one of the many fun events organized by students during the year. Some are related to country holidays, some to religious holidays, and many are just social events that take place.
