As the academic year drew to a close, the International School held two memorable end-of-year events marking a significant transition for many students, including recent graduates ready to embark on their next adventures.
The first event was a lively carnival-style party that transformed the Dahan Park on campus into a vibrant celebration. Students delighted in a variety of activities, including a thrilling rodeo bull ride, competitive air hockey, table football, and an array of video games. One of the highlights was a massive “bath” of bubbles, creating a whimsical atmosphere that encouraged laughter and joy. Guests also enjoyed classic carnival treats, including fluffy candy floss, making for an evening filled with fun and excitement.
Not long after the carnival event, the International School hosted a heartfelt farewell party for graduating students. This gathering served as a wonderful send-off, with staff and peers coming together to celebrate the achievements of those who were moving on. Graduates were presented with thoughtful keepsakes from Bar-Ilan, including bags, notebooks, T-shirts, and more, symbolizing their time at the school. Each student received a warm printed message from the International School team, adding a personal touch to the occasion.
The farewell party provided a relaxed atmosphere where students could enjoy drinks and snacks while reminiscing and sharing stories with friends and faculty. Heartfelt farewell messages from the staff underscored the strong sense of community within the International School, leaving graduates with cherished memories as they step into the next chapter of their lives.
These end-of-year events not only celebrated the hard work and accomplishments of the students but also fostered lasting connections and camaraderie among the diverse student body of the International School. As these students prepare for their future endeavors, the memories created during these celebrations will undoubtedly remain close to their hearts.
