Bar-Ilan University is a dynamic, forward-looking institution and leader in high-tech research and development. New immigrants to Israel who are under the age of 30 are eligible to receive significant tuition subsidies (for up to two years) from the government of Israel through the Student Immigration Authority.
Bar-Ilan University offers students the opportunity to apply for both needs-based and merit-based scholarships. In addition, there are numerous organizations and foundations which offer financial assistance for study in Israel that students are highly encouraged to explore.
Non-citizens and Tourists: Tuition is NIS 18,000 (Approx. $4,700) per year for a full-time program.
Israeli Citizens: Tuition is NIS 14,600 (Approx. $3,800) per year for a full-time program.
Tuition includes additional fees for campus security and student services. Fees are charged in Israeli currency and may fluctuate slightly according to annual government standards and exchange rate at the time of payment.
